The Position
SDVI works hand-in-hand with leaders of the Media & Entertainment industry to develop media supply chain management solutions. SDVI Rally provides SaaS-based, dynamic management of a media company’s supply chain infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking resources, as well as third-party media applications such as transcoding and QC analysis tools and the resources they require.
The Technical Marketing Manager is a new position established to focus on both internal and external audiences to educate, market and sell more effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, define and refine the overall structure of the new role and shape the value it will bring to the entire organization.

What You’ll Do
- Engage at a technical level with existing and potential new SDVI application marketplace partners to evaluate the strategic fit and function with a keen eye on enhancing or establishing new use cases in addition to influencing partner roadmaps based on customer feedback
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions, training & documentation, and alliances to contribute technical content appropriate to support demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, technical white papers, conference presentations, blogs, and webinars that align with our go-to-market and strategic initiatives
- Provide differentiated messaging recommendations for technical personas by consulting with our customers, technical buyers, practitioner users, and application partners to showcase the capabilities of SDVI for the use cases that our audiences care about
- Research competitors’ capabilities and synthesize into comparative content that highlights key differentiators based on technological differences
- Establish a cadence with the product team to assist with the onboarding process for new application service partners by participating in benchmarking and technical content required to support the solutions and Sales teams
- Contribute to product release efforts with relevant content
- Travel to participate in customer engagements with sales, industry conferences, and periodic company meetings
